We want everyone to enjoy their bikes for as long as they can. To support this, we offer an industry-leading warranty on every VNC product we sell. If there’s ever an issue with any of our products, we’ll do our best to get you riding again as soon as possible. Please scroll to the end of the page to see all terms and conditions.
Our warranty terms include:
- A 3-year warranty on every VNC frame, including steel, magnesium, alloy and carbon
- A 3-year warranty on all rigid steel, alloy and carbon forks
- A 1-year warranty on all suspension forks
- A 1-year warranty on all V-Class and Shimano components
- A 1-year warranty on all other non-consumable components
In case the necessity claim warranty arises, you need to take the following steps
If something is wrong with your bike, be sure we want to work on it. Firstly, it is necessary to contact the store where you bought it. Our Find a retailer page provides the contact information of all the stores. In case of an online order, the website where you made a purchase is to be contacted.

Warranty notes
Only the original bike owner can claim the warranty for the products, it is not transferable. The warranty can be applied only to a person with a weight under 100kg for the bike models of 26 in or more. The product is to be exchanged or purchase refunded in case you receive a faulty item. It is necessary to return the products in the original package without being damaged and used.
In case the product is returned in inappropriate condition or with the signs of false maintenance, the warranty may be voided. Details as tyres, tubes, cables, or crake shoes are not included in the warranty, as well as surface rust, shipping, and labor expenses. Structural rust is under the warranty unless it appeared due to negligence or improper maintenance. VNC is willing to replace or fix a frame in case we find defects in material or labor. Bikes used for commercial purposes are not under the guaranty.
This warranty does not cover commercial use of the bike. The frame replacement will be made with the frames of the current model, which may differ from the original. The cost of the replaced frame will not be less than of the original one.
Additional rights might be applied depending on the country of a customer, its laws, and regulations.
The bike usage should be stopped immediately in case something goes wrong or a detail becomes loose. After that, it is necessary to inform a retailer.
